It is possible to see all selected designs in their all color combinations in any quality or color in order input or shipment screens in details. The pictures used in this section are saved as a data in data base. They could not be copied for your safety and protection of designs.

| You can input the orders by entering the orders for previously registered customers or by opening a new customer card. By an exel order sent to the customers, you orders could be added to the orders automatically from exel format. If there is any carpet of orders in stocks, it is possible to see the inventory in programme and send the order of items not available in warehouse to orders repository. |

STOCK MONITORING |
IN this section, it is possible to display the carpets ready for shipment in details of qualities, sizes, colour and types. Also itit is possible to see the stocks of distiributors and additional warehouses if any.

| In this section, technical details such as weight and the production cost of the carpet planned to be produced according to the technical specifications and values of a carpet quality could be forecasted before production and production cost analysis report can be received graphically. |

| Orders collected in order repository are tranferred to this section after placing the sizes according to loom with automatically or manually and so the production programmes of machines are formed. By aid of this screen. it was planned which programme will be woven in which machine and transferred to design department. | In this section, it is possible to receive information from related machine for goods on productions and finished products and also it could be seen what is produced in which machine instaneously. Under reference of these received information. Interim stocks list could be shaped. |

BARCODE PRINTING AND LABELLING |
| Finished carpets are lebeled automatically as per data received by competer in labeling section from looms reqularly and according to their sequence of entering to automatic edge overlocking line. The labeled products are removed from production repository and passed to warehouse inventory automatically.. |

| Shipment process is performed by handle terminals with radio frequency to the vehicles planned by shipment planning department before and it was fixed that the order fits to that vehicle ot not immediately during the loading process by giving information how many carpets loaded and total and detailed quantity in square meter. By aid of this self control, shipment process is completed successfully 100 %. After loading, it is possible to receive the packing list in vehicle basis or separately. The loaded carpet is removed from stock lists and production repository automatically as read by barcode machine and the orders and inventory lists are updated. And that shipment is processed in account of related customer. |
